Limo Service Rental Agreement
The customer understands and accepts that God`s actions, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and/or bad weather delay the trip. Every effort is made to ship the limousines mandated under these conditions and all attempts are made to arrive on time at the planned collection sites. In the event of a delay due to a law of God, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and/or bad weather that lead to one of the limousines ordered to arrive late at one of the pick-up addresses, we will change the pick-up time to reflect the delay. You accept that this measure compensates you for the delay and that there is no other responsibility to us. If, at any time until the day of service, we feel that these conditions are too dangerous for our drivers and/or vehicles, we will notify you and terminate the service. You will receive a full refund of all payments you have made to us (i.e. deposits, prepaid overtime, balance) within 2 weeks per company cheque. The discounted credit card will be charged for the balance due the day before the service, unless other payment terms have been made. If you pay the balance by cheque, please do so 7-10 days before the service date.
A credit card comfort fee is charged for all credit transactions of 4%.
